Radiant Glow Studio was founded by Katie Pheneger, LE. Katie is an award winning makeup artist and oncology trained licensed esthetician.

Katie began playing with makeup as a child in the theater and fell in love with the art form. She has been a professional makeup artist working in production, media, photography, and theater since 2013. She has a passion for beauty and enjoys working with people to help them look, and feel, their best.

Katie is known for her gentle touch and clean, natural makeup emphasizing beautiful skin, and creative concepts. She is proficient in traditional and airbrush makeup application, and many types of makeup artistry for beauty, photography, film, theater, and special effects.

As an oncology trained licensed esthetician in the state of Washington Katie is able to help her clients with all their skin care needs. Through her own life experience and study she specializes in skin care for  sensitive, menopausal, and medically compromised skin.
